Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on many items. We charge shipping on LARGE and HEAVY items, and on expedited shipment. If you order one of these items, we will contact you with the shipping cost -- you can either confirm or cancel the order. If you cancel, we will refund your payment.

Return Policy

To return/exchange items that are not damaged in shipping from Meadowood, the customer must take the following steps before Meadowood will make a refund/exchange. Refunds will equal the purchase price of the items, minus the outgoing shipping costs.

  • Contact Meadowood in writing within a week of the purchase to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

  • Package the items with a copy of the RMA in a way that protects from damage in shipping.

  • Pay a reputable carrier for shipping and insurance within a week of receiving an RMA.

  • Provide Meadowood with the tracking number at the time of shipment.

  • If the items are damaged in return shipping, the customer must seek insurance compensation from the carrier. Meadowood will provide evidence of the damage to support the claim.

  • Return items in their original packaging, with all original literature.

  • Return items in the condition in which they were shipped from Meadowood. New items should be pristine. Used items should be in the same condition as when they shipped from Meadowood.

  • Meadowood will issue a refund/exchange within a week of receiving properly returned items.

 

To return/exchange items that are damaged in shipping from Meadowood, the customer must. take the following steps. Upon receiving the returned items or clearance from the carrier, Meadowood will refund the purchase price of the items, or exchange the items.

  • Contact Meadowood within two days of receiving the items.

  • Provide evidence of the damage to support our insurance claim with the shipper.

  • Either return or hold the items for inspection by the shipper's agent - the choice will depend on what the carrier requests.

  • Meadowood will issue an RMA if the items are to be returned.

  • Meadowood will issue a refund/exchange within a week of receiving properly reported (or returned) returned items.
